Please read these terms carefully before using HilsonPOS

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using HilsonPOS ("the Platform"), operated by Hilson Technologies ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

HilsonPOS is a cloud-based Point of Sale and business management platform providing sales and invoicing, inventory control, customer and supplier management, multi-location management, reports and analytics, and repair management.

3. Subscription & Payment

Plans: Starter GH¢ 90/month, Standard GH¢ 149/month, Business GH¢ 249/month. New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. Payments accepted via MTN Mobile Money and bank transfer. Cancellations take effect at end of billing period with no refunds for unused periods.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, maintain account security, use the platform only for lawful purposes, comply with GRA regulations, and not attempt to hack or disrupt the platform.

5. Data & Privacy

Your business data belongs to you. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

HilsonPOS and all related software, designs and content are owned by Hilson Technologies. You are granted a limited license to use the platform during your subscription period.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hilson Technologies shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or fail to make payment. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
